Champions Day

The Detroit Tigers celebrated the success of the LCAHL’s regular season and playoff championship teams with a special on-field recognition ceremony at Comerica Park. On April 6th, just before first pitch against the Chicago White Sox, players and coaches from across the league were welcomed onto the field, where they were applauded by fans and acknowledged on the stadium’s video board.

This unique experience gave our champions a well-deserved moment in the spotlight and a memory that will last a lifetime.

Originally, the celebration was also scheduled for April 5, but due to inclement weather, that event had to be canceled. We extend our sincere apologies to the teams that were unable to participate this year, and we hope to include even more champions in future celebrations.

We’re incredibly proud of all our LCAHL teams and grateful to the Detroit Tigers for partnering with us to make this event possible.
